Dan Joint Builders are business members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. To become a member you need to be a qualified builder. As a member we can provide our customers with approved certified builder contracts as well as well as the Home First Built In 10 year guarantee giving the new homeowner additional reassurance and belief in the quality of the workmanship provided by their Certified Builder.
We are happy to work either full contract, providing labour, materials and total project management on a fixed price or on charge up. Alternatively we can provide labour only which is generally done on an hourly rate. What ever your preference you can be rest assured that you will not be disappointed in the standard of work that we can deliver.
