Forme is a Kiwi-run online clinic offering hair loss treatment for men across New Zealand. We make it simple to get help with a receding hairline, thinning at the crown or other signs of male pattern baldness, without booking a GP appointment, taking time off work or sitting in a waiting room.

How it works: you start with a free online assessment covering your hair loss, health history and any medications you take. An NZ-registered doctor personally reviews your answers and, where treatment is appropriate, prescribes a plan suited to you. If treatment isn't right for you, you won't be charged, and we'll explain why.

Your medication is dispensed by a NZ-licensed pharmacy, and delivered in plain, discreet packaging to your door anywhere in New Zealand, including rural areas. Repeat supplies are sent automatically before you run out.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing. You can see your treatment options and prices before you commit, and payment is only taken once your doctor approves your treatment. Every plan includes your doctor consultation, medication, free delivery and ongoing follow-ups, and you can message your doctor any time from your online dashboard. There are no consult fees, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
