Office Relocation (70+ staff)
Our company recently used MTC Removals for a large office relocation, moving over 70 staff from EC2 to SE1. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The project manager visited beforehand to assess the scope and created a clear plan so downtime was minimal. On moving day, the crew arrived early, provided crate hire for our files and IT equipment, and protected the floors and lifts at both locations. They dismantled and reassembled more than 70 desks and chairs, transported all monitors and computers safely, and ensured everything was set up at the new office so staff could get back to work quickly. The level of organization was outstanding it really felt like they had thought of every detail. Considering the scale of the move, I was amazed at how smoothly it went. MTC Removals were absolutely brilliant from the moment we booked them. The office kept in touch in the days leading up to the move and delivered packing materials early, which was a huge help. On moving day, the team arrived on time and immediately put us at ease. MTC Removals are the best removal company you can find. They help us shift our belongings from a flat in the Docklands to our parents in the suburbs. The two gentlemen were polite, thorough and very good at removing and packing items efficiently. It is particularly difficult in a flat with tight corners but they worked expertly to get the job done. Soraya was excellent in communicating with us in advance on our quote and was very patient with us despite our sale process being complicated and exchange and completion only being confirmed at the last minute. Need to get their drivers to study highway code in regard to travelling on motorways and which lane they should be in unless overtaking....7 of them hogging lane 2 on M74 motorway travelling at 60mph when Lane 1 empty.... Disgraceful

Moving house is stressful but I couldn’t fault the service MTC provided and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Communication was easy in the run up and very accommodating, the vans turned up on time and an incredibly efficient and charming team made a big job look easy. We just left them to get on with things and everything made it to the other end in the right places. We’re very happy with the job they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the removal service from MTC! They were quick, had the right tools to make moving as efficient and safe as possible. They dismantled some of my furniture too and reassembled it (better than I had put it together tbh). They were careful with my TV and furniture generally, and nothing of mine was broken or jostled too much as they had packed it tightly in the van.
Even their customer service leading up to the booking and removal day was good! Very responsive and communicative.
