I couldn’t speak highly enough of Sam and his team in the completion of our garage conversion. Sam was thorough throughout from the initial quotation to organising all the workmen needed, it really felt like such an easy process with him guiding us through. There were no hidden costs, we paid exactly what was quoted. Sam and Ben were extremely polite and friendly and always involved us in decision making with the build. Sam and his team have recently totally renovated my parents' bungalow after my Mum had not long become a wheelchair user. Sam took all the stress away from this build and couldn't have made it easier for us. He listened and empathised with our situation to understand exactly what my parents needed and wanted. All work has been completed to a high standard, with all the trades being organised by Sam and completed in a timely, professional and tidy manner. Sam and his team have just finished our Utility extension and we are absolutely over the moon with it.
From our initial enquiry to completion , Sam has been so approachable and transparent. The costs were set out in full (itemised) and Sam and team delivered everything to such a high standard. They communicated so well throughout and messages /emails had an instant response.
The build was stress free for us, Sam had everyone organised and the other trades all fell into place , he made it seem seamless. I genuinely cannot find fault with any of the  process and the craftsmanship is top class.
Sam and Ben were a pleasure to have around too, courteous, polite, organised and extremely tidy. Even when I threw in the curve ball of some bespoke shelving, they came on a Saturday morning and made me the most beautiful shelves.

Had a rear single story extension completed by Sam and the team. Really pleased with the extension. Sam and his team made the process easy and stress free from start to finish. His team were extremely polite, tidy, helpful and professional. Sam was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to emails and messages. Sam has been brilliant with my Office Renovation from start to finish. A new window was installed in 2 days, electrics moved, plastering done the next day and then after a week to dry out new office shelves and cupboards made to measure and as specified (okay, I may have upped the specification a couple of times, each time Sam & Kieran understood and amended the shelves and cupboards as my understanding of what worked best evolved). Then Steve was organised to spray the units to the colour of our choice. Steve was organised, tidy, diligent and produced a great spray finish. All that’s left is for me to move back in and put the books on the shelves and printer in the pull out shelf. Recently had some renovation work completed at my property by Sam and his wonderful team of workers and I have to say that the service provided from start to finish was second to none. I am a 'picky' person by nature and seriously could not find fault with a single thing. The team were always punctual, (with an 8 a.m. start) respectful and they were never off the job. The neighbours were extremely complimentary on a couple of occasions!! Sam's communication skills were particularly 'spot- on' and I was always provided with regular updates as to how the job was progressing. Over the course of winter 2022/23, Sam and his team built our single story extension with utility room to the side. Battling some horrific weather conditions throughout the build, he and his team always showed the utmost professionalism, enthusiasm and courtesy to not just ourselves, but our neighbours as well, ensuring everyone was up to speed at all times. Any issue or amend that we had, was dealt with in a timely manner and without hesitation. The end result, in our opinion, is nothing short of first class. It's a space we now spend practically all of our time in and have entertained family and friends with absolute pride. It's no exaggeration to say that the space has changed our home lives for the better and we can't thank Sam and the team enough for their hard work and dedication. I would recommend S R Bell without a moments hesitation!
