  • A real example of how PIQNIC AI helps reduce Accounts Payable cost by up to 80%. A customer processes over 100,000 expense invoices per annum. Precision coding and approvals makes up most of the work. The perfect candidate for automation. PIQNIC learns from behavior based on how individual users code invoice over a set period of time. This is cross-referenced with seamless real-time ERP validation for contextual understanding. Once trust is established, PIQNIC starts by making recommendations then moves to autonomous coding and approvals. Exceptions such a price tolerance, product or services differences will surface to the user to accept or reject. Delegated authority is automated based on coding, value and cost centre. Complex invoices with multiple lines and cost centres are not a problem. We've seen a single invoice instantly travel to 20 people for approvals. No, we don’t make 20 copies of the invoice, just one, which pops up in the approvers queue in PIQNIC for approval or any other action. All this takes place in one place – PIQNIC. AP teams and approvers don’t need to interact with the ERP directly. PIQNIC does this for them. From technical perspective, AI couldn't achieve this without connection and context. That's why our platform's 3 pillars are metadata driven information management, process automation with system integration (plumbing) and people (resource) management.
