Today we announced an intent to merge with @helius-therapeutics and Green Leaf Group to form the brand new Helius Health. Our purpose is to improve the lives of New Zealanders by empowering them to live an optimal, healthier life with access to affordable and quality medicinal cannabis. This new model will enable us to keep doing this. It will bring together our clinical expertise with that of @cannabis-clinic , Lake Road Pharmacy, and Helius Therapeutics. By combining our strengths, Helius Health will be positioned to overtake the legacy market and ensure more people can access safe, affordable, clinician-led care. This is a huge step forward for the sector, and for patient care in New Zealand.
