Aged care employers have supported the government’s proposal to phase-in aged care pay rises due to fears of unfunded increases, clashing with unions who are demanding the full rise by July 1.

We are excited to share insights from the recent Global Challenges, Global Leaders event hosted by the Leading in a Post-Crisis (LPC) World Program at Business Co-Design. We had the privilege of engaging with Fergus Linehan, world-leading Arts Manager, and newly appointed CEO of Carriageworks. Linehan discussed his strategic responses to the challenges faced during the global lockdown at the Edinburgh International Festival. This event offered a profound look into effective crisis management and innovation in the arts. It was an invaluable opportunity for professional growth and networking for our students. Congratulations to Associate Professor Aideen McInerney-Leo and Professor Ruth Hubbard who have received more than $2.6 million through the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Partnership Projects scheme 🏆 Dr McInerney-Leo will lead the development of a targeted melanoma screening criteria advance early detection of skin cancer using data collected through the Australian Cancer Research Foundation.
