Our collaboration with Habitat by Resene has spanned many years and countless projects, with Muros panels often finished in Resene colours to create unique design outcomes. The latest feature by Resene in their specifier EDM (Black White), highlights the Refined Living showroom in Parnell, where three Muros designs – Loft Brick, Schist Stone and Wooden Sleepers – were unified in Resene Black White. 📍 The Tauranga region’s growth shows no signs of slowing, nor does the need for smart, professional interior spaces. This reception fit-out for EAST REALTY highlights the role of collaboration and well-selected finishes in elevating commercial design. East Realty reached out to Muros with a preference for our White Loft Brick panels, but without a design plan in place. We recommended local specialists Creative Kitchens & Interiors, and together we delivered a refined, functional space with impact. The finished result uses seven Muros panels across approximately 30 m², giving two walls rich character and a hand-laid brick appearance—further enhanced with a fresh white repaint. Looking for a canvas for imagination for the kids? The Exscite exhibition at Waikato Museum utilises the versatility of Muros Rock Panels to create an immersive learning environment where tamariki explore science and the natural world through touch, texture and play.🌿👐 Muros Panels feature prominently in the ‘forest’ zone and on two sculpted ‘riverside’ benches, bringing natural texture and realism to the space. The panels were curved and installed using a responsive, organic approach, shaped to follow the material’s natural form. Hand-painted in layered Resene SpaceCote greens, browns and greys, and detailed with vines, lighting and even projected eels, the Gully exhibition offers a sensory experience for all ages. The result? An impressive 3D creative application of Muros panels in a public space where material, form and storytelling work in unison.
