#NYGCI hiring #RME #PHlocals Role : Resource Management Executive Experience : 3-5 Years relevant exp Work Mode : Full Onsite Location : Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines Responsibilities : 1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives. 2.Engage in technical and commercial discussions, offering solutions that align with clients' needs. 3.Assist in writing renewing contracts, and rate cards of resources. 4.Focus on protecting company revenue and margins and minimize client churn. 5.Ensure smooth contract and agreement renewals with existing clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 6.Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 7.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 8.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 9.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas 10.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) 11.Prepare reports on account status 12Collaborate with Director to identify and grow opportunities within territory 13.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed 14.Act as the POC for all client deployed resources Interested applicants can drop resumes to radha.n@nygci.com
