We at Wilderness Valley are a family owned and operated boutique honey company, producing high quality UMFÂ® (Unique Manuka Factor) Manuka Honey from our remote hill country station in the Central North Island, NZ. Our sustainable business practices encompass all aspects of the trade from beekeeping, extraction, right through to bottling our very own branded jars of golden liquid.

We use the UMF® grading system to determine the quantity and purity of our Manuka with UMF® 8+ being the lower end and UMF® 15+ being the higher end.
