About Walk the Talk Counselling

Established January 2015

At Walk the Talk Counselling I help wonderful women from all walks of life who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief or life changes.
I am a qualified counsellor who takes an holistic approach incorporating mindfulness techniques with cognitive therapies.
Whether you want a one off session or longer term support, I can help you gain clarity, cope better, make healthy changes, manage stress and bounce back from life's ups and downs.
Some evening appointments available, as well as alternate Saturday mornings.
