03/25/2015 Here is a Summary of the Most Important Things to Remember About Using Your Little Guy Coffee Machine Grinds Grinds refers to the ground coffee you use in your coffee machine and there are generally two kinds we refer to:

• prepacked ground coffee from stores labelled ‘espresso grind’
• Barista grind which is generally a finer ground coffee of the type baristas use in commercial coffee machines

Dosing Dosing the coffee refers to how much coffee you place and how you place it in the basket. Two different baskets are included with The Little Guy.

• Supermarket basket – is used for pre-packed coffee bags from your store and has only a few holes in the centre
• espresso basket is designed for a finer ground by utilising a grid of finer holes in the bottom of the basket

Tamping Tamping is important to get just right in order to achieve just the right compaction of the coffee in the basket
