You can then send them an instant message to arrange an Online Video Chat where you can have a virtual interview to see how well you both connect.

We will also be running regular Online Speed Sitting sessions where we will get as many members as possible to attend so that parents can potentially interview 5 or more nannies or babysitters in one session. We will setup a Video Chat room for each parent and then rotate the nannies or babysitters around the parents allowing approximately 3-5 minutes for each interview.
