I'm Rosie the florist behind Rose Tinted, here's the story of how I avoided life as a lawyer and now live my best life as a florist...

Having grown up with a botanical mother (and grandmother), helping them bind bouquets since I was small, it was inevitable I would one day follow in their footsteps. My floral style is drawn from my English heritage, growing up in the countryside where rambling wildflowers were abundant, my florals are wild and romantic.

Growing tired of the daily grind, working for someone else's dream, in April 2015, Rose Tinted was created. It started in the garden shed which I soon outgrew, moving to a pop up shop, a studio space and now our current store in Ponsonby Central. There we create bespoke florals for weddings, events, installations and special occasions. We also host floral workshops for hen's parties, events and soirees.

As well as flowers, we're really passionate about being kind to the earth. The floral world appears wonderful but we're constantly fighting mountains of plastic waste which comes with lots of the flowers. We've got a few initiatives which you can read about in Viva and Remix.

Weddings

Whether you'd looking for refined and intimate or grand and lavish, Rosie and her team have got you covered. After 5 years running her business, Rosie has worked with brides (and grooms) around Auckland and the upper North Island, creating whimsical, one of a kind wedding florals to suprise and delight.

Our Mission

We aim to constantly surprise and delight customers with our whimsical and sometimes unexpected floral creations. We don't stop there - we love to exceed expectations and give our customers a unique floral experience through excellent customer service and witty flower banter.

While creating some of the most unique and talked about florals in Auckland with that all important 'Rose Tinted magic', we endeavour to do so with an environmentally conscious mind.
