Having our own investment properties in Queenstown that needed managing whilst we worked over seas. We quickly found out in order to keep our house in tip top shape we would have to employ the services of a cleaner, landscaper, window cleaner, Hot Tub serviceman; then just to get a simple light bulb changed an Electrician! After paying call outs and fees to all of the above any profits are quickly getting dissolved.
