Pure Senses Spa & Wellness Centre is a sauna, ice bath and wellness venue at Mount Pisa, Cromwell, beside Lake Dunstan in Central Otago.

Book a private traditional Finnish sauna or infrared and red light sauna for up to four guests, join a small shared session, or hire the whole venue for up to eight. Every session includes the ice bath, outdoor cold shower and relaxation area for hot-cold contrast therapy. Add a Guided Ice Bath with a coach, then relax with smoothies, light snacks, wine or beer.

The Nook studio can be hired for yoga, workshops and meetings. Also under one roof: Japanese head spa, DEXA body scans, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy and Thai massage.
