Phong Vu, literally meaning 'cold, wet, wild and windy' is a high quality, licensed, Vietnamese restaurant in down-town Wellington off Cuba St in the CBD. The restaurant is a labour of love to create an authentic and unique-to-Wellington Asian restaurant inspired by business owner Huong Doan's home cooking for her children - Phong and Vu. Phong Vu is open 11am - late, Monday - Saturday, and is available for a wide variety of special events - from romantic dinners to casual work lunches, family functions, birthdays, stag/hen do's and any other gathering of people who love awesome Asian food.
