08/12/2009 We were referred to Outdoor Enhancements by our landscape designer because she used them all the time. But regardless of that, our experience with Outdoor has been superb and we keep going back to them for anything that we need doing. Why? Because they’re a good honest operator, get the job done as quickly as possible (or as quickly as weather will permit!) and everyone involved in the project really cares care about what they’re doing.

I have had two significant jobs done by Outdoor Enhancements at my old home and our current home and have had so many comments on the results – not only the aesthetic but also the quality of the workmanship. Trent knows a lot about a lot and will let you know whether what you want to do is possible and if not, what options are available. His quotes are very detailed but are in plain english so easy to understand, and his pricing is very transparent so it makes it easy to discuss what parts of the plan you want to keep, change or remove.

The workmen Trent employs are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy – my husband (who works from home) missed them when they left because he didn’t have anyone to have his morning and afternoon coffee with! They clean up the site at the end of each day so there are no muddy footprints or equipment left anywhere.

Trent is excellent at communicating progress and during the job, if his workmen come across any unforeseen issues, Trent will call and discuss what options are best to move forward with. I know Trent is busy with lots of clients, but we felt like the only customer he had because his level of personal attention to what we were doing was fantastic.

When I need to get outdoor work done in the future, I wouldn’t see any need to go anywhere else and I would have no hesitation in recommending Outdoor Enhancements to anyone else.
