Whether you are new to the method, or you already enjoy private, duet, reformer, tower or mat classes, you'll find our style of teaching informative and consultative. We have gained a strong reputation for the quality and personal approach of our teaching since opening our doors in 2010.
Momentum Pilates is a certified Authentic Romana's Pilates studio and is fully equipped with Pilates apparatus imported from New York, designed and manufactured still today to Joseph Pilates' exacting specifications.
