John Moetara creates Skin Art that reflects the things that are important to our clients. This may be their Whakapapa or Genealogy or it may reflect their passions and things they hold dear.
John is an accomplished Taa Moko Artist with a strong connection to Maori Heritage, Art and Culture.
Each Taa Moko or Tattoo is personal to the wearer and we design around the specific wishes of the client.
Custom designs are a specialty and he is proficient in designing and merging Traditional Maori, Contemporary Maori and also Non-Maori designs.
