MK Law is an Auckland-based firm of lawyers, specialised in immigration, employment and criminal law. Michael Kim, the principal of MK Law has previously worked as an immigration officer at Immigration New Zealand, where he assessed and determined various applications for temporary and residence class visas. He was also responsible for conducting site visits to workplaces and homes to verify and investigate the bone fides of the applicants.
Michael undertook a legal study at the University of Auckland and admitted to New Zealand bar in 2011. Since addmitted, Michael has successfully helped many migrants achieve their immigration goals such as residence visas, appeals and defence to deportation.
