John Franich Jewellers is a family owned and operated, independent jewellery store which retails branded jewellery product as well as providing in-store jewellery design and manufacturing services. Our mission is to offer a high quality, modern yet affordable jewellery product. Our manufacturing capability allows us to have the added flexibility to be responsive to specific client needs, such as our ability to hand pick the perfect Diamond.
John Franich Jewellers traded as a sole operator for 17 years on Henderson’s main street and in 2009 accepted the opportunity to expand and relocate the business to Westfield WestCity. In our stylish new environment we sell several high profile international jewellery brands including Pandora, Thomas Sabo, Najo, Skagen and Swarovski. We also stock jewellery ranges sourced from local New Zealand manufacturers including the known brands of Karen Walker Jewellery, Boh Runga Jewellery as well as the founding jewellery of John Franich. The manufacturing offering ranges from repairs to personalised ring design and jewellery remodelling.
Centred upon John Franich’s jewellery manufacturing background, the store has emerged as a strong local brand with an emphasis on customer service and supplying a quality product. Our reputation has been further cemented by our success in winning the Best New Retailer Category at the Westfield Retailer Excellence Awards 2010 as well as the Best Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Category at the 2010 TOP SHOP© Awards.
