Simon has postgraduate education in strategy interpretation and formulation, and has experience in marketing for organisations with traditional and alternative business models. Simon’s research the Victoria School of Management has focussed on firm innovativeness, building strategic resilience, and productivity in small-medium New Zealand enterprises.
