Treat your body, mind and spirit to a wonderful relaxing and healing experience with Traditional Tibetan Massage. Himalayan Nomad is New Zealand's only Tibetan Massage Centre. Tibetan massage is a therapeutic combination of deep relaxing massage working on the muscles, alongside gentle stimulation of acupressure points, or energy meridian lines.

Tsondue Zari has trained in India, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand and holds several certifcates in both Tibetan and Western massage techniques. He is Tibetan.
