At Head to Toe we provide safe and effective options for your families wellbeing both physical and emotional. I will meet you where you are to offer the support you need.

At Head To Toe we offer several options for your families wellbeing, including learning to massage your baby/child. Flower Essences which are safe and effective remedies to support the whole families emotional ups and downs. To support that I can teach you EFT (tapping) so you have something that you can use anytime for anything. How would it be if you and your family could move through negative emotions quicker and with less intensity.
