Experience in various massage techniques such as; - deep tissue massage - Swedish massage - relaxation massage - sports massage - pregnancy massage - workplace massage - full body massage - soft tissue release - Indian Head Massage - cupping - trigger point therapy - in home massage. Having studied and completed my diploma in Remedial Sports Massage Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage, I have been working for myself since 2010, with continued training and research every year. No single approach is right for everyone, but with a variety of different techniques and therapies to achieve the best result for your body. I also surround myself with other health professionals that can further help you with your individual treatment plans; personal trainers, yoga teachers, osteopath, chiropractor, acupuncturist or physiotherapy.
