· Drafting – New Houses, Alterations and Additions

We specialise in:

· ALTERATIONS – altering an existing room, window or door. Changing rooms into new rooms e.g. adding a bathroom or ensuite to an existing room.

· ADDITIONS – Adding rooms or storey to an existing house. Alter roof spaces to allow for additional space.

· DECKS– Any deck that is over 1.0m off the finished ground level requires a building consent which reflects the type of barrier that will be used to stop people falling off the deck.
