Evelation NZ

Evelation NZ – Strong in Every Phase

Evelation NZ is a women’s health, fitness and nutrition business based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, dedicated to helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through every phase of life.

Founded on the belief that women's health deserves a holistic and individual approach, Evelation combines fitness, nutrition, cycle awareness and wellbeing to support women in understanding their bodies and building sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

Our services include women's strength training, functional fitness, pre- and postnatal fitness, cycle-aware coaching, personalised nutrition guidance and individual health and fitness support. We also offer group programmes and community-based sessions designed to help women reconnect with movement, build strength and confidence, and enjoy the benefits of exercising alongside other women.

Whether you're navigating pregnancy, recovering after birth, returning to exercise, working towards your fitness goals or simply looking to improve your energy and overall wellbeing, Evelation offers supportive guidance tailored to your individual needs and stage of life.

Our approach goes beyond traditional fitness coaching. We recognise the connection between hormones, nutrition, movement and mental wellbeing. Rather than promoting restrictive diets, unrealistic expectations or one-size-fits-all training plans, we focus on sustainable habits, balanced nutrition, appropriate movement and helping women develop a positive relationship with their bodies.

Evelation creates welcoming, supportive spaces where women can feel comfortable, regardless of their fitness experience or starting point. Our programmes encourage connection, education and empowerment, helping women build strength both physically and mentally.

At Evelation, we believe that every phase of life deserves support, movement and care.
