Changeable is a New Zealand-based AI strategy and process consulting practice founded by Steve Wilson — a Senior Business Analyst and NZ AI Ambassador with over 20 years of experience across business analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation.

We work with New Zealand founders, operators, and leadership teams who want to use AI effectively — not experimentally. Our approach is grounded in structured methodology: BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, BPM CBOK, and ADKAR. That means before we recommend any tool or technology, we understand your processes, your people, and your actual constraints.

What we do

We help businesses identify where AI creates genuine value, redesign the processes that will carry it, and implement solutions that people actually use. Our work spans AI strategy and readiness assessments, process mapping and improvement, automation design, and hands-on implementation support.
