I am a psychotherapist registered with the Psychotherapists Board of Aotearoa New Zealand [PBANZ]. I am a full member of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists [NZAP]. As well as my various academic qualifications I also hold the NZAP Certificate of Advanced Clinical Practice.

Through my broad experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I have honed the skills of listening, and responding, in ways that enable most people I see to speak about the issues that have brought them to see me. Sometimes you might feel embarrassed or you might fear being judged. It is not my place to be anyone's judge. It is however my job as a psychotherapist to explore with you, your judgements of your self, your life, your relationships, and to explore with you anything else you might choose to talk about, toward helping you make sense of what is happening for you, and what it is that you might be trying to work through.Through my counselling and psychotherapy trainings, and my clinical experience, I have integrated into my practice a comprehensive range of skills and theoretical frameworks which inform the tayloring of your individual treatment. I will work with you as the unique client you are.
