Housed in central Christchurch city providing counselling services to clients throughout Canterbury we are five diverse and experienced Registered Psychotherapists.
We have a wide range of life experiences and professional backgrounds
that we bring together to provide expert and confidential therapy
for a comprehensive range of personal issues. Services include short and long term psychotherapy, individual and couple counselling, and professional supervision. The therapy style is based on the Psychology of the Self and the Conversational Model.

Our therapy practice incorporates trauma therapy, neurophysiology, memory, linguistics, infant research and developmental theories integrated with a Psychology of the Self. This is also linked with the Conversational Model and ongoing research at Westmead Hospital in Sydney which continues to demonstrate the effectiveness of this therapy.
