About Ashburton Birthcare Midwives

Self-employed Midwives offering continuity of carer to pregnant women and their families. The only Mid-Canterbury Midwives accessing Christchurch Womens Hospital when needed. Biddy Sheehan (previous founder of Ashburton Independent Midwives and employed Midwife of Ashburton Maternity Centre with nine years experience) and Michelle Dolan-Scott (graduated 2010, well supported by Biddy) are excited to be a part of this special time in the journey towards parenthood.
