Trying to talk about things that are private, upsetting, and unformed can feel difficult and risky, and often a therapist can be just the right person to talk to.

Psychotherapy can be helpful for those who:

• Feel depressed
• Have anxiety and panic attacks
• Experience sexual problems
• Have difficulty in coping with bereavement and loss
• Have physical symptoms as a result of emotional stress
• Have difficulties in their working life.

frightening or confusing.
• The opportunity to work through old hurts and conflicts to enable you to move on.

What happens next? We will arrange a time and date for an initial assessment session. This will last for around an hour and is a chance for you to begin to describe your situation, for me to assess if psychotherapy is a suitable option and for us to discuss this together. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions you may have. Attending an initial assessment session places you under no further obligation to attend any further sessions, however you will be offered further sessions if appropriate. Frequency of sessions is negotiated to meet individual needs. Sessions are scheduled at the same time each week, and last for fifty minutes.
