Airhomes looks after short-stay homes on Airbnb and Booking.com for property owners in Christchurch, and is now taking on homes in Auckland. The company behind it is EasyCozy Limited.

We manage 36 homes in Christchurch today. We have been an Airbnb Superhost for seven years running and average 4.86 stars across more than 7,700 guest reviews.

We run the whole operation for the owner: listing setup, pricing, guest messages, check-in, cleaning and linen, and a clear monthly owner statement.

Send us the address and within 2 working days you will have a free written assessment: expected income by season, plus a first read on whether short-stay is permitted there or would need council consent. If it suits, your home can be live within 5 to 7 working days of go-ahead. No lock-in: 30 days' notice either side and no exit fee.
