We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Ben at Benchmedia, and the experience was excellent. Ben was awesome to deal with for a corporate animated video we needed to explain one of our projects. We're based in Dunedin so liaised with Ben remotely which was no problem. We had a few issues at our end which forced a couple of changes after the first cut came through but Ben was always quick to make changes and send through various versions aswell as organising voice talent for us. We are keen to use Ben again for other projects around our business.
Ben was brilliant to work with. Having not done anything like this before, he talked me through the process, was incredibly patient throughout the journey with us and met our deadlines without question. The created animation captured exactly what we were after and more! I will definitely use Benchmedia again!!

As part of my role with Tu Whakaruruhau, I worked with Benchmedia in 2021 to develop an animated video to describe a new wellbeing service being implemented into GP clinics across New Zealand. Benchmedia did an excellent job, producing a series of five great quality videos for us promptly - with a sound understanding of the brief and the desired look and feel from our end. I really enjoyed working with Ben - he provided a clear brief, and then helped me refine what I needed, including all the changes (give me a beard... take the beard away!) that came up.I have more projects to do and will look to use Ben again.
