Civix has been involved in some great projects in the South Island. Earlier this month Rob was down in Wanaka completing the final pieces of the puzzle to get titles – getting boundary pegs in the ground, and closing out s223, s224c and Land Transfer approvals. Exciting update from the Kohe Project team! 🌟 Civix obtained Earthworks consent last year for Aedifice on their Pukekohe Project (Kohe) and is thrilled to announce that the Project team has kicked off bulk earthworks this summer and made significant progress. As we near completion of this phase, the site is shaping up as designed and setting the stage for the future rollout houses, infrastructure and green spaces.
