I am a Registered Psychologist with several years experience in the health industry. My background is in Health Psychology, and I have a special interest in anxiety and depression. My most recent role saw me working with adolescents and adults in a primary-health medical centre, seeing a variety of presentations. I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural, Acceptance and Commitment and Dialectic Behavioural Therapies. Mindfulness training is often an extremely helpful part of treatment.

I provide assessment and evidence based treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, including:

• Anxiety disorders (including OCD, phobias, panic attacks)
• Depression (whether it's been going on a while, or you're not sure what exactly you're experiencing)
