Verde was established in 2002 by Vlad Kozak, out of his desire to provide business solutions that had all the integrity of 'out of the box' applications but could be tailored to an individual business's needs. Vlad believed that customers should expect to maximise efficiency and minimise costs without compromise – to optimise their business through optimised software.

Since 2002 Verde has grown from a one-man-band to an orchestra of optimisers, supporting more than 130 customers in New Zealand and Australia. Our customers range from small family businesses to major listed corporates, operating in many and varied industries such as Wholesale and Distribution, Construction, Education, Finance and Insurance and Service Industries.
