Truth Talk Counselling Service

I provide Counselling and psychological resources for those experiencing personal, relationship and health related difficulties. Everyone needs assistance at some point in their lives, we all have trials to go through some small and others much bigger.

Having the ability, to know how to handle each situation in a helpful way, is not always easy. I'm real and down to earth and work in a welcoming, tranquil and respectful environment.

Some of the services I provide are;
*Information on how to monitor your moods and emotions
*Fostering self-esteem: replacing self-abuse with self-care
*Becoming aware of your self-talk (these thoughts create your moods)
*Replacing negative thoughts with truthful, neutral/positive statements
*Learning about what drives your unwanted behaviours

My aim is to empower you, so that you ultimately don't need me. I'm solution focused, which means I am curious enough to look for answers where previously it appeared there weren't any.
Each new client is offered:

* a comprehensive case history evaluation.
* assistance in setting realistic treatment goals.
* helpful re-framing cards (reassurances for your mind).

Price:$60.00 per hour (individual session) $80 for couples.
