Takapaukura is a Māori Education consultancy providing innovative approaches to lifelong learning in both the Māori language and culture. We work with you to create the foundation for building communal capacity through cultural understanding and capability.

Our vision is to normalise the use of the Māori language across all facets and in all contexts. We believe that te ahurea Māori (the Māori culture) lives within the language, te reo Māori, so we endeavour to share our culture through sharing the language itself, ensuring it is fit for purpose, correct and derived from a Māori ethos.
