About Pirongia Clydesdales

Come and visit the famous Clydesdale horses at Pirongia. We have a rustic function centre located on the edge of historic Pirongia village available for functions, weddings and family events.

Our horse drawn wagon tours are very popular and enable visitors to see some of the historical spots of Pirongia Village at a slower pace of life. Wagon ride tours are highly enjoyable and can be tailored to suit time frames (from 20mins-45mins long).

We have wonderful caterers and can provide a lovely 'picnic style' meal at our carriage house venue. With seating for up to 70 people and bar facilities available, Pirongia Clydesdales is the perfect choice for family get togethers, birthday parties, weddings and corporate events.

Our world class turnout of two stunning black Clydesdales and wagon is available for weddings and events throughout the North Island. Please ask about our flexible options.
