At Megan Hieatt Massage Therapy I am passionate about getting the the best possible outcome for my clients, using quality clinical assessment to determine the cause of any problems and treating muscular issues with a range of massage techniques.

I am a Diploma qualified and registered Massage Therapist, with a particular interest in resolving both acute and chronic muscular issues, working with active people - but don't let that stop you if you would just like a soothing massage to relax and de-stress.

Balance and align - therapeutic massage to balance the body, reduce pain and restricted movement, and manage chronic muscular issues. I use a range of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, postural analysis, range of motion testing, and trigger point therapy to get the best results for you. Therapeutic massage will help with acute or chronic muscular issues, improving your quality of life.

Revive and relax - relaxation and revitalising massage to give your muscles and the largest organ in the body - the skin - a general tune-up. These sessions work on larger areas of the body, relaxing muscles, reducing stress, and enhancing well-being.

Sports massage - improving sporting performance by keeping the muscles in optimum condition. Sports massage will increase flexibility, help with recovery from injury, reduce the risk of injury occurring in the first place, and enhance training by improving the rate of recovery from hard training sessions.

Also as a regular offer, for therapeutic massage - dealing with specific pain and dysfunction - I offer a 90 minute session for $60 for the initial consultation - that is 30 minutes for free. This gives us plenty of time to go through the history of your compliant and do some thorough assessment as well as some treatment time on the massage table. By taking the time to assess you thoroughly, I can be treating the source of your complaint and get your issues resolved faster for you, saving you time and money in the long run - and getting you back to optimum health as soon as possible.
