Mamas Retreat located in the leafy suburb of Glendowie, Auckland – a short stroll from St Heliers Bay Road. It is a little sanctuary for the busy Mama & Mama to be. It is owned and operated by Jules Hayden, a mama of 2 & a qualified massage therapist, certified pregnancy massage practitioner, beauty therapist, reiki therapist & infant massage instructor.
Mamas Retreat is a fusion of modalities, designed to help women from a holistic point of view. Whether it's through my fertility massages, pregnancy & postnatal work, infant massage, reiki, relaxation massage or my indulgent facials.
