We also supply stainless steel fabrication such as tables, sinks, ventilation canopies and wall cladding. We will measure up your kitchen area, supply and fit all stainless steel wall cladding, ventilation canopy, extraction fan with controller and ducting to fresh air coming into kitchen area as per required regulations.

Service partners are available for all types of repairs whether it is a broken down microwave oven or an emergency gas leak. We can call out and assess the problem and most of the time solves it on the first visit. We can also source parts for all makes and models of equipment at competitive rates.

We at ICE have decided to offer a fantastic "Virtual" showroom, easy to use with pricing, saving you time in your already busy world.

In order to be able to compete with the big corporates we at ICE need to keep our overheads as low as possible, whilst not sacrificing on customer service we are using local suppliers and manufacturers rather than importing our own products form overseas.

Having a quality website saves you time and energy looking for the cheapest products around dusty showrooms all over the country. If seeing the products is absolute vital you'll probably find other companies don't actually have one in their showrooms, however, if in Auckland or Christchurch ICE would be happy to take you to local manufacturers to see their products where we can often arrange demonstrations to suit your needs.

We don't have a "buy now" button for a number of reasons, some other companies will happily take your cash, lets face it, catering equipment is not cheap, however more often than not your equipment will be coming direct from the supplier and sometimes can be a lead time of 4-6 weeks. When using our "add to quote" cart we will advise if our prices can go even lower, send out the correct specification sheets and advise a realistic delivery time and alternatives where possible to save you your hard earned money as well as any freight charges.

WARRANTIES

Despite what you may have been told, your new equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty which every dealer offers.

Regardless of whether you buy from ICE or one of the larger corporate companies your equipment has a warranty direct with the manufacturer and not the dealer.

SALES REPS

Whilst we don't have sales reps on every street corner we would much rather come and discuss your requirements or offer advice at a time that suits you, not the local rep.
