About FWAC Building Services
FWAC Building Ltd was formed in 2006 by Craig Davies as a building company that offered a variety of building services that included:
· Building – Additions, Alterations, Bathrooms, Retaining walls, Decks and fencing
· Project Management – Quote gathering, tradesman liaison and project scheduling
· Drafting – New Houses, Alterations and Additions
In 2009 FWAC Building Ltd has a change of direction and is focusing primarily on supplying a quality and broad architectural service at very attractive prices. Please refer to our “Services “ section of our web site for a broader description of our services.
With Building Consent and Architectural Design fees being Craig can see that it important for clients to have a service that is both professional and affordable. FWAC does offer that service at prices that are sure to surprise most people.

We specialise in:
· ALTERATIONS – altering an existing room, window or door. Changing rooms into new rooms e.g. adding a bathroom or ensuite to an existing room.
· ADDITIONS – Adding rooms or storey to an existing house. Alter roof spaces to allow for additional space.
· DECKS– Any deck that is over 1.0m off the finished ground level requires a building consent which reflects the type of barrier that will be used to stop people falling off the deck.

NEW HOUSES - There are housing companies who offer generic plans and house building together as a service and are good at that. If you are looking to build a new house that is different from suburbia then we are your people. We work from scratch with the client to model a house on their needs and ideas.
