03/05/2013 Enno Baby will ship anywhere in New Zealand. We will gladly accept overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered, but they may take longer during periods where a high volume of orders are received and subjected to suppilers availability, but we will keep you updated if any of the situations happen.
When a product status shows 'Pre-Order' means we do not have this in stock but is happy to order for you based on the price you see at that time, which means even a sale special can be 'reserved' at that time. However normally due to high demand the 'Pre-Order' item may take longer to delivery to your door, but we will keep you informed. Again if Enno Baby is unable to delivery the item within 15 working days we will fully refund your money back.
All orders will be delivered by a standard courier service within New Zealand. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box using this service therefore please provide a physical address. If you require a more secure or track and trace option, then we'd be happy for you to contact us. The delivery fee for all orders within New Zealand is $6.00. For rural areas we will charge a $3 extra.
All orders over $150 will be eligible for FREE DELIVERY. (Exclude furniture and simliar over weight or over size products)
Also for over size and over weight products please allow 10 working days delivery because it may take longer for our suppilers to get them as well. At the times when our delivery date is too long or can not be suitable for you we will refund the payment to you.
Customers pre-ordering over size and over weight items, normally we would prefer you can pick up in store to save delivery cost. However there are "Over Weight Extra Shipping Cost" and "Over Size Extra Shipping Cost" options available when you at check out. These cost varies for different products.
For customers intend to pick up items in our store, including over weight and over size products please purchase with "I intend to pick up in store" option. Once you brought a product like this, please contact us for a pick up time that suits you and ask for a time frame if the product needs to be ordered.
