We create and supply plans and specifications for designs that are exclusive to Clickmedia or we can design to your own specification.

At Clickmedia Architectural Design we pride ourselves in being able to assist you through the home building process in a controlled and managed way. Clickmedia can do as much or as little as you require depending on your personal needs and expertise.

We specialise in the use of innovative building products such as Steel framing and Max Superfloor, however we also design for traditional timber and concrete construction if these are the best products for your job.

Step 1. Concept design and project evaluation.
Includes a site visit and project brainstorming. Simulated 3D drawings and concept plans, a 3D presentation and basic costing analysis.

Step 2. Building consent plans and costing analysis.
After the initial concept stage, we will prepare full consent drawings for your local authority. Prior to submission, we will take you through the build costs with one of our experienced building partners to make sure there are no surprises.

Step 3. Building and construction.
As required, we can provide consent plans, steel framing, Max Floor System and project management assistance. We also have a pool of Licensed builders and quality tradesmen to call on, that will make your building experience as smooth as possible.
