Behindbars is a friendly and approachable gym that prides itself on being the gym “for everyday people”.

Theres no stigma or pre conceived ideas, and our current members are our biggest advocates! We are everyday people from YOUR community, and love nothing more than getting to know you and your needs or wants from coming to our gym.

Having such a wide range of age, training requirements, restrictions, and needs, means our customers can be assured we will treat you with the highest of professionalism, but keeping it relaxed at the same time. We are always involved in our community ranging from junior to senior and college rugby, turf and inline hockey, to the local swimming club and our most important special Olympians, and being Levin born and bred, we are well known in the community.
