Care is taken with exercises and in no time you will be sporting a beautiful toned and strong body
Belly Dance is for women of all ages, body shapes and culture
Wear clothing that will not restrict your movements, a hip scarf and soft footwear
You will be learning how to dance with a veil, finger cymbals, a cane, Isis Wings and possibly a sword
